The UT Dallas School of Behavioral and Brain Sciences and the Center for Advanced Pain Studies invite you to a public lecture with Dr. Travis Rieder, author of In Pain: A Bioethicist’s Personal Struggle with Opioids. Dr. Rieder, a faculty member at the Johns Hopkins Berman Institute of Bioethics, wrote the book following a 2015 motocycle accident and his subsequent experiences with pain and opioids.
Immediately following the lecture, join us for a reception and research poster display highlighting pain and addiction research happening at UT Dallas.
